In accordance with the PCLEMF, Inc. Articles of Incorporation, the primary purpose of the PCLEMF, Inc. is to establish an ongoing funding source for the perpetual maintenance, upkeep, and new construction of “The Memorial”.

The PCLEMF, Inc. also provides for an ongoing funding source for the Annual Polk County Peace Officer’s Memorial Service and Annual Memorial Luncheon, conducted jointly by the Fraternal Order of Police, Polk County Lodge #46 and the PCLEMF, Inc.

We have a sacred obligation and thereby, a solemn commitment to preserve the Polk County Law Enforcement Memorial and to honor the memory of those officers who have made the greatest sacrifice of all. Unfortunately, The Polk County Law Enforcement Memorial will never be completed!
